They got the formula and they don't mess with it. Don't substitute, the menu is what they want to present, and its presented well (enough) for the prices. First in Toronto to use double zero flour in the pizza crusts - I understand they had to import it (with Queens Pasta?) themselves. Just good.

All very cheery before sale but quick to dismiss complaints or address installation deficiencies. Also tend to sell components with expensive proprietorial replacement parts (Air Filters). Not service oriented.
