Toronto Zoo

The zoo is a great place to bring kids you can spend the whole day fun for the whole family

one of the world's premier zoos, the toronto zoo has been a delight for kids and adults since 1978! organized geographically, it features animals, plants and insects in habitats simulated to mimic their natural environments. there is a zoomobile to take you from place to place, a kids zoo and splash pad open in the summer months and tons of special events happening year round. howl with the wolves in the autumn, take a walk with santa to feed the animals around christmas and try and rival the animals' own bright colors on halloween! many people don't realize the zoo is open year round and that the animals are often much more active in the cooler months! it is definitely worth the trip by ttc or car anytime of year and especially right now as there are two adorable baby siberian tigers on exhibit!
