Thruway Mufflercentre

I went to Thruway Muffler in Scarborough (285 Eglinton) to get my upper shock mounts replaced. (Oct 27 2008) They did this for $150 cash, no tax/paper work. After the work was done I was talking to the mechanic and he told me the shocks were gone (worn out). He didn't tell me this when the shocks were out of the car ( I thought the shocks were OK ) . Now they want to charge me extra to replace the shocks (I already got the shocks at CDN Tire before I went back to the shop). This could have been done while the shocks were out of the car the I wouldn't have to pay the extra labour costs.I would have got the new shocks at that time. Beware Thruway Muffler is a Cash Grab Ripoff
