Carlos & Pepes

Carlos and Pepes is a chill place to go to, it's affordable, and I have never been sick after eating there, which is one of the only mexican eateries that can hold that claim in Montreal. They have great Margaritas, it has a fun environment with many of its big flat panels. The only B-flats I'd give them is their LOUD music at the bar upstairs and the ads in their bathroom invading my privacy!

Des tacos.. des salades, fajitas.. adorable. Tres belle ambiance invitante. Selon moi peu importe ce que l'on mange... tout est bon. Très petit mais très rassurant comme endroit si je puisse dire. Je parlerais à tout le monde.. on se dirait en famille là-bas!

But at least the drinks are really cold. It's more of a party place you go to later at night. Certainly not a place for a date.

Always fun to go there, the best mexican food in montreal, from the classic tacos and fajitas to the salads and margaritas, always excellent for the affordable price :) you can eat comfortably downstairs in the restaurants or go upstairs for a more bar like ambiance. A Montreal Classic!
