We solve your legal problems. Merrick Siegel has been practicing for over 30 years in the court. He has appeared numerous times at all levels of court, including jury trials and tribunals, including family, civil and criminal matters. In the Ontario Curt of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice, he has appeared in the Divisional Court, Federal Court, Federal Court of Appeals, Ontario Court of Appeal and Supreme Court of Canada. He has done FRO work part time and was appointed a part time Crown Attorney by Order-in-Counsel, after having been approved by the head Crown of Ontario and other approvals, I have acted as Crown in the Toronto, Brampton and Newmarket Courts.
