Your Wedding Place

Ordered Bride's Maid dresses in April. Dresses were not received on the first date told to us on the day of purchase. Were late by 2 weeks. When they finally did arrive they were the wrong color. New dresses were then shipped late. Finally got them a week before we had to leave out of province for the wedding(Now the end of august). Owner took no responsibility at all, placing all the blame manufacturer and shippers. Now they tell us that the dates they had been telling us were just estimates and unless the dresses were to show up after the wedding date they are not responsible. The only offer she gave us was to leave the dresses and walk away. (leaving us with no dresses a week before we have to leave) Did nothing but give us attitude. Considering they are being paid as a middle man they did a horrible job of getting our purchases to us. They were totally defensive and showed no concern or compassion. HORRIBLE customer service. Would never recommend these women!!
