Half of its appeal lies in the fact that it's "hidden" in a back alley. The decor and atmosphere is pretty bohemian, including the questionable cleanliness.
mostly packed with university students, this place is a very relaxed spot, and very well hidden from the hustle and bustle of bloor street. the drinks and food are pretty cheap - and it features two floors and a very nifty little patio. good place to mingle and do a lot of binge drinking.
ok food and dimly lit, but boy are there a lot of people
green room food isn't the greatest, but it is definitely cheap! the appeal here is definitely the socal factor. Located right behind future bakery, this place is huge with two full floors of seating and a backyard patio. daytime finds the tables filled with single people squinting over books or homework and as night approaches, the crowd grows along with the noise level. large menu and lots of drinks to choose from and a great place to sit around with a bunch of people into the wee hours.
