Pauper's is owned by the same guys as the Madison and has an awesome rooftop patio

i love this place because of the rooftop patio. the staff is very very friendly and the view is pretty awesome. make sure you have walking shoes on - you have to walk up three flights of stairs for the patio but its worth it in the summer. but don't worry in the winter there are two other levels. the bar food is awesome- try the chicken thai bites. you won't be able to stop eating them. i love this place.
