Horseshoe Tavern (The)

I have seen so many shows at the Horseshoe! It is a great place to catch live music, not only because of the intimate atmosphere, but the sound is excellent. The 'shoe is known for its great sound, not only as an audience member, but as a musician on stage. The Horseshoe has a warm, intimate atmosphere, and if you don't feel like checking out the band, you can hang out in the quieter area out front. The patio in the summer is an additional asset that makes the Horseshoe a great place to hang out!

this should top most live music venues in the entire city!

this large concert space has seen every type of music imaginable and was a frequent backdrop to some miraculous high school era revelations for me! the beer is cheap and the floors are sticky and for some reason there is a giant bye bye birdie mural on the ceiling next to the stage.

I absolutely LOVE the horseshoe! there is such an awesome vibe there on any given night and the drinks don't cost an arm & a leg. Plus keep an eye out for up coming concerts held there. Unfortunately i missed seeing Butch Walker there early this year and i'm still kicking myself for that!
