-We provide free written estimates with no obligations. No shrinkage, mildew or floor damage.
-We use the cleaning system recommended by Major Carpet Manufacturers, hot water extraction also known as steam cleaning. Hot water along with a high quality anti re-soiling cleaning agent is applied to the carpet at a high pressure such as 500psi (pounds per square inch) along with the vacuum to extract simultaneously. Extra dry passes are also given. Average drying time is 6 to 10 hours, not 1 to 2 days. All spotting, pre-treatments and moving and blocking and padding of furniture is included in our price.
-Experience the absolute power of cleaning. The cleaning agent we use is a residue free powdered emulsifier that leaves carpets Cleaner, Brighter and Softer. Using the latest and most advanced emulsification technology. This product incorporates a unique blend of high tech solvents, advanced wetting agents and naturally occurring brighteners. This product delivers amazing cleaning results in both residential and commercial applications. This product contains no optical brighteners, is residue free - will not promote re-soiling. It has powerful grease cutting agents to breakdown oily soils.
-In 1990 we started our business with a type of dry cleaning system called dry foam. Within a year and a half we switched over to hot water extraction and what a difference. Carpets looked and felt much cleaner. Carpets also stayed cleaner longer without sticky residues.
-Our Technicians are paid by the hour including their travel time. They are not paid on commission. Our Technicians have been trained and certified by the IICRC. We are fully bonded, insured and covered by Workman's Compensation.
