Oasis Pools Ltd

Sure you will see photos of nice pools they have built and I am sure some of them look pretty nice, ours does from far away. This being because of the company that designed the pool not Oasis. Steve, from Oasis has been not only rude and arrogant through the entire process with us (we spent close to $100,000 on his pool alone) but he does NOT live up to his word. He promised to fix several things with regards to our pool and did a quick fix on nearly everything. We bought 4 Jandy stealth pumps from him that he recommended for our jets and waterfalls. After they were installed we realized that it was last years model and did not work properly. They also had a guy who poured SALT (winter driveway salt) into our pool and claimed that this was proper as I watched him and questioned him about it. As a result of this, it stained our marbolite in the deepend with this horrible looking white stain on a dark grey marbolite. Steve from Oasis promised to fix it and my husband paid him the final draw and sure enough - he refuses now to fix it and tells us its not his problem. He was suppose to have a custom cover made for our pool for us and November came and went and still no cover. Our landscaper who recommended him finally got him to agree to cover our pool with a plastic sheet and water bags. Our pool was closed in late november last year. We had to pay to heat the pool until then so the pool would not be damaged. He refuses to fix the issues that we have with the pool and does not return any emails or phonecalls. All I expect is what we paid for. It is that simple. This company does not deliver. Beware!
