Pierre Boiron is a sales representative with Coldwell Banker Commercial and has been practicing commercial real estate for more than 30 years. He has taught courses on commercial real estate for members of the Ontario Real Estate Association and has trained hundreds of commercial Realtors.

He began his real estate career in 1969 and by 1972 had received the following professional designations: Fellow of the Real Estate Institute of Canada; Society of Industry and Office Realtors; Ontario Land Economist.

He is experienced in property management, building renovation, and land development. He is also a skilled tradesman, which brings another level of expertise to the book.

Claude Boiron joined Pierre full time in 2001 and received his sales representative’s licence in 2003. He practices Industrial, Commercial, and Investment Real Estate. He brings fresh thinking to the business and is eager to implement new technologies.

Claude has started teaching and mentoring fellow Realtors who find they need real-world, common-sense education and solutions in an industry that is rife with “systems” that don’t work.
