Maryam Hotel & Suites

Clean enough, I suppose, but many downsides, in my opinion. Awkward parking lot ($10 or $11/night, depending on whom you speak with), miserable Internet service despite claims of high-speed service, the "deluxe breakfast" is fine if you don't mind peanuts, chocolate chip cookies along with your breakfast cereal and toast. No hot breakfast, that's for sure. But here is the big thing... their ad says that reservations have to be cancelled 48 hours before arrival, otherwise they charge you for THE ENTIRE STAY. In other words, if you reserve for four nights but then only decide to stay for three, you still get charged for four. They also want you to pay in advance, i.e. immediately upon arriving at the hotel, such that it will be impossible for you to get any money back... I'm considering small claims court. No room service of any kind, housekeeping only if you ask for it, and ridiculously hard beds... on a scale of one to 10, I would give it a negative number.
