2008 looks to be the year Wrong Bar is set to become Toronto's next scenester palace. Parkdale is in transition, and Nasty Nav has capitalized by opening his much labored upon indie-dance lair. Funktion One sound produces rich, distinct bass and chimey mids - allowing for a smooth set transition between celebrated L.A. noise-rockers HEALTH with their guitar-heavy sounds, to Parkdale's own 8-bit terrors Crystal Castles, literally without missing a beat. Keep your eyes on this one kids.
