Absolute Comedy

I had never been to this club but did so on invitation from a friend who is a regular. The acts were beyond amazing, I must say it was an awesome comedy show. My group included 4 in total, two veterans and two newbies so to speak. We loved it!!! Unfortunately, our night did not end so well. As we were leaving the club through the bar area our server decided to stop us in the middle of the crowd with a bill asking if it was ours, to which we responded yes. He went on to let us know that it was paid exactly to the penny, and he needs to share his tips and that does not work. Shocked that we were stopped in the middle of the crowd with everyone staring at us, I took the initiative and advised the waiter it was no problem, at which point I proceeded to give him an additional $2...(Bill was 30 something). At this point I proceeded to leave along with my group, when the waiter started arguing that a lousy 7% did not do it. I was in disbelief all night. We had such an amazing time, we had a few drinks and paid, and this guy decided to have a confrontation with customers for a tip. What got me boiling was not the fact that he asked but the manner in which he did it, as well as the fact that he went on to criticize the amount of tip he received. I would not return.....even for the good comedy, customer service is always first.

Dragged my bf here for his birthday - cause the food is cheap - like me!

I recently took my dad here for his birthday and we had a great time. We got a few hours of entertainment + a decent meal, all for SUPER CHEAP (there is also free parking really close to the club). The comedians were actually REALLY funny and the atmosphere was great. The comedians were all very different in style which was nice and they have different comedians basically weekly, so each time you go it's a totally different experience. If you are looking for a good laugh Absolute Comedy is the place to be!

Wow! What a great time I had at this new club.Really cool bar when you walk in and a beautiful giant showroom. The atmosphere is really cool. We sat in the front row, although I was worried about it at first. The comedians were super funny and all the comedians were so different from each other. The comics did talk to the crowd, but it was really funny and nobody was teased in a mean way. The price was less than any other club I checked out, and probably worth twice what I paid. The service was great. The waitresses are all happy and are always around when you need them to be. The food was good and priced low. All in all. This is going to be the best club in town. If you are going out, go there. You will have the time of the week, and have enough money left over to go out a second night.
