Waterview Dental

This was the worst experience I have EVER had at a dentist. Don't be fooled with the flat screen tvs and massage chairs and best care, blah, blah. This place is like an assembly line. The dentists have so many patients going on at the same time that their heads are spinning. I came in for what was called a 'very simple' procedure and it was just awful. As I listened to what was going on in the other rooms...some of the other patients were having the same thing done. It must have been the special of the month!! I still have tooth pain and my next option is now a root canal. Lastly, the 'scar tactic' is how they get you to agree to a procedure by saying 'well if I were you I would not even chew on that side of your mouth'. It is all BULL and this is a place just looking to make some serious $$$. I have talked with a few other people and they have had similar experiences. I had to go back there 8 times because I had severe headaches and I was not given the time and attention the first time I went in. That is a lot of time to spend on what was deemed a 'simple crowning'. If I were you I would turn around and RUN. Do not go there...you will regret it just like I do every day!
