:( REAL SORRY YOU FEEL THIS WAY!! But the truth is I would be surprised if any store would or will ever take a used glass item back. The nature of the product does not allow for this. If there is a problem with glass before it is used (like a crack)then businesses would in most cases consider returning glass items. I would like to thank you(VanCityMusic)for giving me the opportunity to comment on this type of complaint. I was all excited about Purchasing a Pair of Brand New RED EYE GLASS HOT KNIVES, spent the entire day searching, I finally came across The Cottonmouth Smoke Shop, which were 15 Dollars MORE Expensive then any of the other stores who were sold out of them. 29 Dollars + Tax Bubble Raped and Everything, Even through in a Sticker. Heres the Catch : The Guy Sold Me A Pair of Faulty Cracked Knives. Soon as they Touched Heat, They Cracked Completely . The spoons Fell Off, I was Left in Tears, They wont Even Exchange the One Knife for another, not even a phone call 30 minites after it was purchased. So FUCK THE COTTON MOUTH SMOKE SHOP IN VANCOUVER.
