Excellent service for a piece of our central vac. Friendly, informative, not pushing product, but extremely attentive and thorough with questions. Also saw owner interact with other customers, excellent, excellent service.
I would highly recommend buying and having your vacuum (stand-up or central) serviced here. In an age of non-existent customer service, this experience was a breath of fresh air.
