Open barely one month, 5th Elementt got the kind of Lana-Turner-at-Schwab's lucky break any restaurant would kill for: being named one of the official meeting places for the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF). Situated just a coke line's length north of Bistro 990 and a red carpet roll away from Festival HQ in tony Yorkville, 5th Elementt (ridiculous spelling aside) boasts a large enough patio to accommodate the overflowing egos of cigar-chompin', deal-making LA bigwigs.
