 Established in 1999, Absolutely Edibles provides healthy catering to suit each client's needs and budget. Offering vegan catering as well as more traditional fare, we use only the freshest ingredients. Our dishes are prepared from scratch, contain no preservatives or additives, and are seldom deep fried. Menus are custom made to reflect the tastes of the client.With over 35 years of experience, Bjorn and Brenda, the founders and chefs of this gastronomic enterprise, are both trained chefs in cooking styles from all over the world: Italian, Danish, Greek, Chinese, Arabic, and more. Give us a ring and we will tempt your taste buds and fill your stomach with nutritional delicacies of mouth watering quality. We believe there is a difference between catering and being catered to. Flexibility is our byword. We are a full service catering company. Absolutely Edibles will cater any function, large or small. Please remember when booking your event that there are only two of us. We insist on being there to ensure all your questions and needs are met; for this reason, we never book more than two events on the same day. We also have a fully trained team of professional servers, dressed in black and white, to accentuate the importance of the occasion and make sure that your every need is met. |
