Brent Moore & Associates Inc. (BMA) is a Canadian bilingual Professional Conference Organizer (PCO) located in Gatineau, Quebec. Since inception in 1998, BMA has managed over 400 one-day and multiple-day events in Canada and offshore including budgets in excess of $10M. We have a track record of exemplary service for successfully organized roundtables, seminars, workshops, consultations, gala ceremonies and various types of public and private sector meetings and conferences.

BMA's organizational structure is solid. Its infrastructure and human and fiscal resources are creative, up-to-date and progressive. The multidisciplinary processes we use to plan and implement projects are well honed due to continual process improvement yet our approach remains personalized because each client has unique program and event objectives.

Most of our clients are from the Government of Canada (GoC) thus we understand process is often as important as content and perception is very important indeed. We are extremely adept at integrating our resources with our clients' resources; this is beneficial when we are asked to implement project components or sub-elements.

Whether BMA completely or partially manages an event, our goal is to ensure the integrated organization of complex project management processes with multiple elements and tasks. And we do so in an affordable, effective fashion that honours clients' policies and procedures. GoC clients also realise substantial added value through our hospitality industry experience. Whether working with hotels, Destination Management Companies, Convention and Visitor Bureau's BMA understands GoC rules and regulations and ensures they are respected. Another value-added factor is our experience in working with and orchestrating the involvement of GoC central agencies, organizational gatekeepers, as well as outside suppliers needed to organize successful events on time and on budget.

Our "from the bottom up" management style is based on motivating people with shared goals, values and ethics, providing clear accountability and ensuring BMA's comprehensible guidelines and principles - complete with integrated risk management - are adhered to.
